In Holland, MI there is an offensively low stock of affordable housing and a major need for it. Re-development and cost of living continue to rise in the city further pricing out longtime residents. This project sought to convert an abandoned church building on the south side of town into six units of affordable family housing. This work brings to light the vision of the client through preliminary design proposals for permitting by the city.
