Housing that is socially engaged whist economically sustainable is a necessity in the city of Portland. Addressing these direct needs with generosity of space and quality will help residents to thrive in all aspects of life. The site specific and individual unit approach to these goals are both pursued via a gentle density. Through a thoughtful gradient of public to private, a neighborhood within the neighborhood has been created at Dekum Court to achieve and enhance its residents lives and community.
